These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between Timnas4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at timnas4d.cam.

Timnas4D is an online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slots, lottery products, and arcade games. The platform operates under international gaming licensing and is intended for entertainment purposes only.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Timnas4D platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from any location, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to the Timnas4D website accessible at timnas4d.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and functionalities offered therein.
• "Account" — refers to the unique, personalised account created by a User upon completing the Timnas4D registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposits, winings, and credited bonuses (where applicable).
• "Real Money Wager" — refers to any bet or stake placed using actual funds held in the User's Account, as distinct from demo or free-play modes.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or reload bonuses credited to a User's Account under the terms of an active promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedure, during which Timnas4D may require a User to submit identity documentation to confirm eligibility and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for transactions on the Timnas4D platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Timnas4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the platform.
2. You must be an individual person — corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
3. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list, where applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not have had a prior Timnas4D account that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person.
7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Timnas4D reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Timnas4D may result in Account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Timnas4D platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. Timnas4D does not operate under Malaysian domestic gaming regulation, as no such regulatory framework exists for online gambling in Malaysia. Malaysian users access and use the platform at their own legal discretion and responsibility.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Timnas4D platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a connected party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any misrepresentation of personal data — including name, date of birth, contact information, or bank account details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Timnas4D immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Timnas4D shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not you authorised such activity — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of a security breach.

All deposits to your Timnas4D Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are contributed by another individual to your Account — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. Timnas4D reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds, supported payment methods, and processing timelines at any time, subject to reasonable notice.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are of legitimate origin and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. Timnas4D is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks and may report suspicious activity where required under international gaming regulations.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the User.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with Timnas4D's withdrawal schedule. The platform aims to process the majority of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within five (5) minutes of approval, and bank transfer withdrawals (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. These are target timeframes, not guaranteed contractual commitments.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified account in the User's own name.
• Timnas4D reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Any Bonus Funds in your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, all deposited and bonus funds may be subject to a combined wagering requirement as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Timnas4D reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering. In such cases, the platform may request additional verification and will communicate any required steps to the User directly.

Timnas4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. General provisions applicable to all promotions include:

• Each promotional offer is available to one Account per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Timnas4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where technical errors affect the promotion.
• Placing bets on games with low house edge (including but not limited to certain live casino strategy games) may not contribute fully toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (2% up to MYR 688) is credited automatically upon confirmed blockchain transaction and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on eligible games.

Any User found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic betting to exploit bonus structures, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will have their bonus winings voided, their Account suspended, and all balances forfeited.

All games offered on the Timnas4D platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, lottery products, and arcade games — operate under the following general rules:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited for statistical fairness. The RNG certification applies equally to virtual games and random elements within live dealer titles.
• Sports betting markets are offered by Timnas4D's licensed sports data providers. Odds are subject to change up to and including the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at time of acceptance apply.
• In the event of a technical failure, interrupted game session, or communication error that affects the outcome of a wager, Timnas4D will attempt to resolve the matter by reference to server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, Timnas4D reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the User's Account.
• Timnas4D does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of all games and markets. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable. Timnas4D is not liable for any loss of opportunity arising from platform unavailability.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all product categories and are displayed within each game or market. Placing bets that exceed published maximum limits is not permitted and any associated winnings may be reduced to reflect the maximum payout applicable.

Users of the Timnas4D platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

1. 9.1Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one Account, whether in the same or a different name.
2. 9.2Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against deposits made to Timnas4D accounts.
3. 9.3Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through methods not contemplated by the promotion's design, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.
4. 9.4Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games or poker-format products.
5. 9.5Money Laundering: Using the Timnas4D platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity.
6. 9.6Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
7. 9.7Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error, or platform malfunction to derive financial benefit.
8. 9.8Underage Access: Accessing or using the platform by any person under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any such person.

Timnas4D is committed to maintaining a responsible gambling environment. The platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable reminders that notify you of your total session duration and cumulative net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary exclusion from the platform for defined periods (30 days, 6 months, or permanently), which takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Timnas4D strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. If you have reason to believe that a minor may be accessing the platform using your Account, you must notify Timnas4D immediately and change your Account credentials.

All content on the Timnas4D platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphical elements, trademarks, brand identifiers, written content, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Timnas4D or its licensed game providers and content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Timnas4D platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Framing, scraping, or crawling any portion of the platform using automated tools without prior written authorisation.
• Using any Timnas4D trademark, brand name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Timnas4D and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether scheduled or arising from circumstances beyond Timnas4D's reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or service partners whose services are integrated into the platform.
• Any decision by a User to place or not place a wager, including any financial loss arising from such decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Users may request Account closure by contacting Timnas4D support at any time. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Timnas4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has been established or is reasonably suspected.
• The User is found to be under the age of 21.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or indicative of identity misrepresentation.
• Regulatory requirements or anti-money-laundering obligations necessitate Account closure.
• The continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Timnas4D platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, Timnas4D reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which Timnas4D holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal process, Users agree to first attempt resolution through Timnas4D's internal dispute resolution procedure by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 16. Timnas4D will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within seven (7) business days.

This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract. Malaysian users are reminded that the enforceability of specific provisions of this Agreement under Malaysian law has not been tested in Malaysian courts, and legal advice should be sought independently if required.

Timnas4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, fewer than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Timnas4D platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
